David Axelrod excuse… “Government is so vast” — DUH!

So here’s in a nutshell, the Obama admin’s excuse on IRS scandal…

For those that want the executive summary, here’s David Axelrod’s explanation of why the Obama administration has multiple scandals in progress involving a massive pattern of clearcut abuse of power by executive branch agencies:

The Tea Party, all libertarians (big L or little), and the Republican party would like to thank Mr Axelrod for the ringing endorsement of a point we’ve been making all along. The larger the federal government, the more waste, fraud and corruption. It has become bloated and unmanageable at best, and at worst it appears to now be carrying out targeted hits on behalf of a certain family of political mobsters.

Now while I am not necessarily disposed to believe…
… that EVERY scandal at hand is truly caused by lack of oversight instead of being the result of institutional prodding from soulless lackeys doing the bidding of a particular group of thieves and scoundrels who moved their crime syndicate HQ from Chicago to Pennsylvania avenue… if you don’t mind… now that even a witless stooge like you acknowledges the super-sized federal government you guys have been pumping full of steroids is a prescription for disaster instead of a fix, how about doing something to address the obvious problem instead of exacerbating it?

Frankly an endorsement from a mindless party hack like Axelrod
…wouldn’t be my first choice, but when even HIS excuses start sounding like a ringing endorsement of the Tea Party, you know they’re running out of ammo. Oh well, take heart, David… when it comes to ammo, records suggest the DHS still has a LOT more than they should need.

By the way, while you’re at DHS
… better request they ditch the 2009 memo labeling people that advocate for smaller government as dangerous “rightwing extremists” who pose a threat to national security. Otherwise you just painted a target on your own back.
