Have now seen forums, blogs and Facebook pages suggesting we put Barack Obama’s head on Mount Rushmore.
Before you get TOO excited… turns out they just wanna put a stone likeness of it up there.

Reminds me of an old photo taken during the island hopping campaign during WWII. The old black & white pic showed a U. S. Marine Corps tank plunging through the vegetation. As is so often the case, the tank crew had “slightly modified” their vehicle to send a rather short and unforgettable message.
One of the enterprising souls had welded a series of spikes along the tops of the tread guards and fixed upon said spikes were the severed heads of several unfortunate Imperial Japanese troops.
The discerning need not guess where I’m going with this…
