Let’s face it, the word just doesn’t mean what it used to. Words lose meaning when they start getting applied loosely, and thanks to the left, “HATE” no longer has the meaning shown in the dictionary.
The dictionary definition is as follows:
But that was then and this is now. Today the word is used freely as a label to describe any opinion or even mild disagreement expressed by the right of which the left does not approve.
Pretty much anything you say today may be “hate” speech to some folks;
“I disagree with Obama’s position on gun control.”
“Oh that’s just HATE speech.”
“No, I just think he isn’t considering the 2nd amendment.”
“That’s ALL you fucking racist teabaggers do… HATE HATE HATE.”
“What? I can’t disagree with the guy on policy?
“You just like to HATE because he’s black!”
As it appears to have obtained a totally different meaning than it used to have, be it known that from this day forward we have retired the word “HATE” and are replacing it with a new word that may be used (liberally) to encompass the new connotation.
The replacement word will be SCREWMEINTHEASS.
It may sound a little crass, but trust me, it’s gonna make discussions with liberals a helluvalot more fun to watch.
